Well that might not be everyone's first idea but lots of children at the club had a go. We had fun collecting "a hundred leaves", according to our Reception leaf hunters, and then selected the colours we liked and started coating them with PVA glue. We shaped by squeezing the leaves between two of our breakfast bowls that Andy sneakily 'borrowed' from the cupboard (don't worry Helen they've all been very well washed!). They turned out really well and were strong enough to hold some of our fruit - including a pear harvested from our school mini orchard. Well done to all our crafty club members you will see some of your work on display as we gather more Autumn themed natural objects to pop in our bowls - what can you find on your way to school?
